Tiffany Murphy aka Kween has prioritized her life’s mission to lead, guide and teach women on how to live a prosperous life through holistic means. Through healing and development I encourage women to live up to their highest potential.
Before becoming a licensed therapist and wellness coach I attended the University of Scranton where I studied psychology for 5 years and communication and Spanish for one year. Then successfully attended Marywood University to receive my masters in social work. For almost 15 years I have worked with women and children who experience different types of distressing disorders. I developed teams and systems for them and their homes that assist them in being less anxious, less depressed and more stable. I realize that although people can utilize medication regimens and go to the doctor’s regularly a lot of people struggle with maintaining their Wellness.
I have been a mental health specialist for 13 years and I found myself doing not only therapy but coaching. I realize that many people get relieved from anxiety, depression and other things but struggle with maintaining their healthy lifestyle.
It is my joy to assist women everywhere not only to create a healthy environment for themselves and their family but also to build up their self-esteem and create their own mental health awareness that helps them consistently progress.
It is my hopes to assist women everywhere in creating a structure and a self-care routine that helps them in their wellness journey and allows them to maintain their growth. So many women are not given the tools that they need to do this on a consistent basis. I will provide you with daily tools to build yourselves up so that you can be productive for your family and community. I will teach you how to keep up with life’s demands while also nurturing yourself.
So ladies, let’s build so that we can be the best women, best sister, best wife, best mother, and best friend that we can be because we really do run the world. And just like James Brown said although it may be considered to be a man’s world it’s nothing without the woman.
